“We bought a big old historic 2 story brick house about fourteen years ago. It has 14 foot ceilings on both floors, which means the top of the second story (where the gutters are) is very high, Each story has its own guttering. There is an annex on the back which has its own guttering. When Russell Brown gave us his proposal for the gutter work, we were impressed by his time to installation and detailed discussion of the issues we had to deal with. Since the work was completed in early September, I cannot yet completely vouch for the effectiveness of the gutter system, but I can say from our experience with some recent rain that his work has cleared up some of our most pressing problems. “Russell came to give a quote on August 25, 2014. On September 12, 2014 his 2 guys came and installed the new gutter in one day and cleaned up the mess. Not only that, but the next day they installed my mother’s gutters and she had rotten wood, which they replaced and painted before they installing the new gutters. They also cut some tree limbs that were hanging over our gutters. All in all we are very please with what they did and the gutters look good.
