“We had two experiences with Ever Clean. The first was the installation. We had examined three different gutter systems and chose this one because of the thoroughness of the information and the person making the presentation was experienced and not a “marketing” type salesman. The installation was timely and professional with a work force made of of long time employees – something that impressed me.
The second experience was when we were repainting the exterior of the house and had to remove the uttering in two places for soffit repair. I called Ever Clean and, while they were booked extensively, they came within 1-2 days, removed the guttering and the repairs moved ahead. Once the work was done, I was in no hurry to get the gutters put back, but the work crew did as they had with removal – just showed up at the end of a work day and put it back. I had discussions with the Ever Clean owners at 2-3 points in all of this and found them very helpful even though I couldn’t get them to drop the price on either installation or the removal and re-installation! Their rationale? They paid their workers well. I actually like that. One of the other nice things about this company is you are never dealing with an 800 number answered 3,000 miles away. The owners are right here. And, the employees are almost all long term with the company, which says a lot about the nature of the business. Recommended?
