HOW TO GET STARTED

Unlike our competitors (who are national companies, where we are a regional company founded and operated from Central Kentucky), we are interested in actually solving their gutter problems with our patented self cleaning gutter system.

  1. SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT: When a homeowner requests an estimate we will schedule a time to walk the house and learn the problems they are having.
  2. DEVELOP ESTIMATE: We will ask that the homeowner have a look at a sample of the Ever Clean Gutter System brought out with the estimator so they can learn the options and deliberate design features which distinguish Ever Clean Gutter System from our competitors.
  3. MEASURE & COLORS: We will collect all the measurements, establish pricing and color, and provide the written estimate during the appointment, which may take an hour at most.
  4. NEVER HIGH PRESSURE: This is not a high pressure sales appointment and the written estimate will be left with the homeowner should they choose to postpone their decision.

How we Serve the Cincinnati area

Homeowners in Cincinnati, Ohio face a mix of weather extremes and natural debris that make gutter guards a smart and often necessary home investment. From its rolling hills and dense tree cover to heavy seasonal rainfall and cold winters, Cincinnati’s environment creates real risks for unprotected gutters.

LEAF & DEBRIS BUILDUP FROM MATURE TREES

Cincinnati is known for its tree-lined neighborhoods and wooded properties, especially in areas like Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, Clifton, and Anderson Township. Common trees like:  Maples, Oaks, Sycamores, Hickories, Pines …drop leaves, twigs, acorns, and pine needles throughout the fall and even into early winter.

Without Ever Clean Gutter System, gutters clog quickly—often just days after being cleaned.

HEAVY RAINFALLS & FLASH STORMS

Cincinnati, Ohio, receives a significant amount of rainfall throughout the year, which makes water management around the home—especially through gutters—crucial for protecting roofs, siding, and foundations. Cincinnati averages 42–45 inches of rain per year, and thunderstorms in spring and summer bring heavy downpours.

  • Average annual rainfall: ~45 to 50 inches.  (That’s above the national average of 38 inches)

  • Rainy season: Spring and early summer, especially April through July

  • Wettest month: May, often bringing heavy downpours and storms

  • Rain often comes in short, intense bursts—common in spring and summer thunderstorms.

PEST & MOSQUITO-BORNE DISEASE PREVENTION

Pooling rainwater in clogged gutters is the perfect mosquito habitat in Cincinnati’s humid summers. To prevent malaria and other mosquito-borne diseases, it’s crucial to eliminate standing water in your yard as mosquitoes breed in it. Clogged gutters collect wet leaves and debris that become:

  • Mosquito breeding grounds

  • Nesting spots for birds, rodents, and insects

  • A source of mildew and mold odors near your home

Ever Clean Clog-Free Gutters block pests and eliminate stagnant water.

FREEZE-THAW WINTERS & ICE DAMS

Cincinnati, Ohio winters can be cold, wet, and unpredictable—a mix of snow, freezing rain, and fluctuating temperatures that create real challenges for homeowners, especially when it comes to gutter performance, water runoff, and roof protection. Clogged gutters trap water that turns to ice, causing Ice dams on roofs, gutter separation or damage, and dangerous icicles.

  • Average highs (Dec–Feb): 38–43°F |  Average lows: 23–28°F

  • Cold snaps can push temps into the single digits, especially in January

  • Average annual snowfall: ~22 inches  (Varies year to year—from light snow seasons to major storms)

  • Frequent freezing rain and sleet due to temperature swings

  • Ice accumulation can be more damaging than snow

FALL LEAVES AND DEBRIS

Autumn in Cincinnati, Ohio is a stunning season—filled with vibrant fall colors, crisp air, and seasonal charm—but it also brings home maintenance challenges for residents, especially related to leaf buildup and gutter issues. Cincinnati is rich in tree-lined streets and parks, and neighborhoods like Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, Clifton, and Indian Hill are filled with large, mature trees. This creates a blanket of fallen leaves throughout the season.  Leaf types commonly found:

  • Maple (especially red and sugar maples)

  • Oak

  • Sweetgum

  • Hickory

  • Sycamore

  • Pine needles in certain areas

  • Trap water and block drainage

These falling leaves can lead to overflowing gutters, roof rot, and pest problems.
