“We recently had Ever-Clean Gutters installed on the front of our house, and the crew who installed them was professional, meticulous, and caring. They were respectful of our property, including the many trees and bushes they had to work around. The finished installation looks and works great. It has rained a few times since installation and the new gutters do their job very nicely, much better than our old gutters. I really appreciate the product and the work that Ever-Clean provides. About six years ago I had them install gutters on the back of our house, where we had a problem with the old gutters (very high off the ground) frequently clogging and overflowing, which over time had caused some windows to rot. “We had two experiences with Ever Clean. The first was the installation. We had examined three different gutter systems and chose this one because of the thoroughness of the information and the person making the presentation was experienced and not a “marketing” type salesman. The installation was timely and professional with a work force made of of long time employees – something that impressed me.
The second experience was when we were repainting the exterior of the house and had to remove the uttering in two places for soffit repair. I called Ever Clean and, while they were booked extensively, they came within 1-2 days, removed the guttering and the repairs moved ahead. Once the work was done, I was in no hurry to get the gutters put back, but the work crew did as they had with removal – just showed up at the end of a work day and put it back. I had discussions with the Ever Clean owners at 2-3 points in all of this and found them very helpful even though I couldn’t get them to drop the price on either installation or the removal and re-installation! Their rationale? They paid their workers well. I actually like that. One of the other nice things about this company is you are never dealing with an 800 number answered 3,000 miles away. The owners are right here. And, the employees are almost all long term with the company, which says a lot about the nature of the business. Recommended? They were very prompt about fixing the problem (which required cutting a hole in the top of the gutter) at no extra cost.
